Important: As you unpack, please keep note of your item's inventory numbers.

Let's start your claim process by choosing between option A or B, below:

Option A: If you have purchased a 3rd party insurance for your move, please file your claim directly with your insurance company. Your company will then contact us for the rest of the process.

Option B: If you have NOT purchased a 3rd party insurance for your move, please download our Claim Form and carefully follow the instructions provided.
